Welcome back to another episode of The Michael Caz Podcast. Joining me this week is my wife Adee Cazayoux. Today, we’re talking about our favorite annual review and goal setting process. This is something we’ve implemented a few years back and we’ve have been hooked ever since. In this episode we’ll be getting into why we do this every year, the structure of our review process, and most importantly, how you can start doing it for yourself as well.
