This week on the Brute Strength Podcast I’m speaking with a pioneer in the Strength & Conditioning world, Eric Cressey. Eric is a highly sought-after coach for healthy and injured athletes alike. He’s made a name for himself as the go-to strength coach when it comes to physical preparation for Baseball athletes in the US.
