I’ll be interviewing Brute Athlete, Jacob Heppner this week. Jake is a three-time individual Games veteran with two top-10 finishes and a career best finish of seventh in 2016. Unfortunately, Jake has withdrawn from the 2017 CrossFit season due to a knee injury. Injuries can be like a mental bomb going off in your head.
