Dr. Andy Galpin has nutrition down to a science. Literally. 

 

With a master’s in Human Movement Sciences and a Ph.D. in Human Bioenergetics, it’s safe to say that taking advice from Dr. Galpin on the best ways to optimize nutrition for your health and performance or sticking to a meal plan is the opposite of a bad idea.
