I’ll be interviewing Brute Athlete, Jacob Heppner this week. Jake is a three-time individual Games veteran with two top-10 finishes and a career best finish of seventh in 2016. Unfortunately, Jake has withdrawn from the 2017 CrossFit season due to a knee injury. Injuries can be like a mental bomb going off in your head. In this episode we discus some of Jakes strategies that can help you work through injuries, get better, and stay sane as well as a few interesting topics like knowing the difference between high volume & high intensity and how to choose the right training partners. Enjoy the show!
